Before you palce an oder, please kindly note the following points:
 
1. The wedding dress doesn't include any accessories, such as wedding veil, gloves, petticoat etc. (except for sometimes we present them for free for some special items). Bidding is for one wedding dress only.
 
2. Since computer screen have chromatic aberration, espacially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can’t guarantee that the color of the dress will be exactly the same as showing in the photo.
 
3. In oder to make the dress fit for you, please give us your exact size and color when placing an order.
 
4.  Please give us your full address and phone number for delivery, so the package can arrive you safely and quickly.
 
5. Payment: We accept Western Union and Bank transfer. Please give us the right size & color and clear the payment as soon as you can after you place an order so that we can start making your oder on time.
 
6.  Our shipment way is DHL/UPS/EMS or as per your requirement.
 
7. Return Policy
We realize that it is difficult to purchase a wedding dress over the internet, and we really want you to be happy with your purchase. We do not accept returns on any custom made order which includes dress in custome size, color or design, all sales are final for custom made dresses.We just accept returns on standard size wedding gowns in perfect, brand in new condition(no smoke scents, no makeup stains,no alterations).
Dress(es) must be sent back within 3 days from receipt day.
For exchanges, the clients pay all shipping cost.
For returns, A 30% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
