Biological filter media/tower packing

Biological filter media takes polypropylene polymer as the main material,added the different auxiliaries such as hydrophobic, the hydrophilic and flame retardancy, heat-resistant, frost resistance, anti-aging,after heating and melting ,forming porous reticular overall structured packing. Tsinghua university quality supervision inspection center of water pollution control equipment for its hanging membrane and treatment effect experiment,the conclusion is "the biological packing has good hanging membrane properties. The reactor is set in biological filter media, which could evidently improve biomass, obtain good COD removal efficiency".

Biological filler media /tower packing is mainly used for biological membrane treatment engineering of sewage, urban wastewater, also can used for cooling tower of heat treatment, also used for  permeable geotechnique materials , with low cost, convenient installation and long-life advantages.

Biological packing  makes microbes adhering to the carrier surface,in the process of sewage flowing through micro membrane,and docontamination decomposition through organic adsorption, internal diffusion of oxygen to biofilm and biological oxidation effects.

Biological packing  has many features: Favoring the cell separation, The reactor can achieve high cell concentration,achieving microbial maximum activation by optimizing the carrier volume characteristics,providing the possibility of fixing different kinds of microbe in the same reactor,the treatment of high efficiency, impact resistance, small volume, convenient operating management, eliminating sludge bulking problem of activated sludge which can maintain higher sludge age, having higher microbial biomass, short hydraulic retention time. Due to microorganism is fixed on the carrier,NOB and slow microbial proliferation may also grow.
